As you probably have discovered by now, many of the properties listed as “single level living” townhomes in the Minneapolis MN metro area do actually have some stairs in them; there might be a few steps going up to the unit, or there may be a basement or upstairs that requires a stairway. They may have all living facilities on one level, but you still have to negotiate stairs. Boo!
Townhouses Without Stairs!
See ALL Twin Cities Minnesota townhomes with no stairs at this link.
Every one of the properties found on this link will have no internal or external stairs, although there may be some exceptions caused by real estate agents who did not tag the listings correctly. Note: There has to be at least one step between the garage floor and the entrance to the house. There is no way getting around that one.
This list includes new construction, Twin Cities detached townhomes with no basements, quads, side by sides, and perhaps some twins and covers the entire seven county metro area, including:
- Hennepin
- Carver
- Dakota
- Scott
- Washington
- Ramsey
- Anoka
It will also include single level townhomes built by Pulte, which typically feature great rooms, vaults, and sunrooms. The Pulte floor plans are extremely popular with the aging baby boomer crowd (which includes myself) and can be found across the Twin Cities metro area.
