The problem is that the supply for these homes is getting tighter thanks to an aging population that wants the convenience and ease of one level living. Mark Elliot homes is building right now in Lakeville in Summers Creek, and the boast oversized garages. JMS is also building detached units in Kenwood Hills in Lakeville, and their homes exceed Greenpath energy standards. In this same neighborhood, you might be able to find some existing homes that are only two years old.
