There are plenty of slab-on-grade two story townhomes in Maple Grove under 250K from time to time, including 1498 square foot side by sides with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and double garage stalls under 200K. At the time of this writing, the median price was $312K, and the average cost per square foot was $167. You might be able to find a three car townhome occasionally, but if you do, you need to be decisive because these won’t last very long.

Well, the good news is you can still get a lot of luxury for less than 500K. At the time of this post, there was a three car one level Maple Grove townhome on N Troy Lane in Delany for $475K, which is a good price considering there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a three car stall garage, and over 3100 square feet that includes a full finished basement. For 440K you could find a stylish detached Maple Grove town home all loaded up with cherry cabs, granite countertops, a master bath with soaking tub and separate show, the works. Then of course there are newer detached villas in Four Seasons at Rush Creek 55+ community.
