Luxury Lake Minnetonka Condos
Note that this list changes all the time, but you expect to find something on a lake in this price range in the luxuryTwin Cities townhome market and you are so right. At the time of this post, you could get a 5000 square foot Wayzata luxury condo on East Lake in The Landing with views of Lake Minnetonka, lots of balconies facing the lake, a gourmet kitchen with wolf appliances and sub-zero fridge. Thoughtfully appointed with hardwood floors and crown molding. Has a library too! Put on your smoking jacket and sit around pretending you are reading classic literature. Jeeves can bring your slippers for you. You can look like an erudite aristocrat.
Downtown Minneapolis Condos are Upscale
Of course the luxury Twin Cities townhome market would be incomplete if it did not include expensive downtown Minneapolis condos. For about 3M we can probably find you a corner unit penthouse with walls of glass on Nicollet Island East Bank in Village Lofts with plenty of outdoor spaces and a large owner’s suite. A nice tudor style unit on Mount Curve with Revival style exterior among the grandeur of historic mansions in Lawry Hill could be rather impressive as well.
Expensive Condos in Edina Aren’t Too Shabby
Of course there is always a sweet spot in the Twin Cities townhome market that includes condominiums in The Galleria that offer great views of downtown Minneapolis. Anything with the word “Galleria” in it just has to be hoidy toidy. All kidding aside, these penthouse luxury condos with glass walls are sure to impress somebody.
